By creating an Evermore account or otherwise accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Evermore.

2. Your Evermore account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Platform experiences

Evermore provides access to a set of experiences, including EverAI training sessions, Click n Earn digital jobs, Evermore Academy learning paths, and EverMusic listening sessions. Availability, instructions, and eligibility for any reward associated with these experiences may vary and are described within the platform.

4. Rewards and eligibility

Any reward referenced on Evermore is subject to eligibility requirements described at the time an activity is completed. Evermore reserves the right to review account activity to confirm compliance with these terms before any reward is credited.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to manipulate EverAI training sessions, automating Click n Earn job completion, or otherwise engaging in fraudulent activity. See our Acceptable Use Policy for additional detail.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Evermore after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
